Mobility Coordination

The NFRMPO Mobility Coordination Program brings together human service agencies, transit agencies, community members, and staff from the NFRMPO to ensure residents of the region have mobility and access. The Mobility Coordination Program reports to two committees: the Larimer County Mobility Committee and the Weld County Mobility Committee. NFRMPO staff also assists with the Mobility and Access Priority Group of the Partnership for Age-Friendly Communities in Larimer County.

Rider’s Guide

The Rider’s Guide is updated every two years, and was most recently updated in 2016.

The Rider’s Guide is distributed to human service agencies, libraries, transit agencies, and other providers to spread awareness of available options. View the Rider’s Guide at the link below. Find My Ride

Five profiles of faces, text says "Need a ride? noco.findmyride.info"As an online equivalent to the Rider’s Guide, the NFMRPO has produced the Online Rider’s Guide, located at noco.findmyride.info. The website provides an interactive tool where the user can list their pick-up location; provide details such as veteran status; final destination; and whether this is a medical or non-medical trip; and be given a list of possible transit choices. The website is updated periodically to include updated service areas, services, and other pertinent information.

One Call/One Click Center Project

In collaboration with the Larimer County Office on Aging, Larimer County Community Development, and other community partners, the NFRMPO is working on a One Call/One Click Center project for Larimer County. The OCOC will help create a one stop shop for information, referrals, and mobility assistance and also aims to improve efficiency and build partnerships to provide more options for residents and visitors in need.
